FITNESS CLASSES

An alternative to the gym may be one of our classes. Classes can help you maintain your fitness level, burn those extra calories and stay healthy and lean and you don’t have to be a member to come along!

Consequently, they include all the benefits of the gym but keep you inspired and motivated, plus you can enjoy yourself whilst exercising with other class members at the same time.

Want to get fit but the gym isn't for you?

Pole Fitness is a great way of building strength, increasing mobility and burning calories! Welcoming everyone, Pole Ability offers classes tailored to you and your ability; whether that's a complete beginner, experienced poler, or someone just wanting to try something different.

Pole Fitness is a great way to become part of a community of people supporting people.  If you are looking for a way to make new friends and have a good laugh as well as improving your confidence, co-ordination and general wellbeing, then this may be the sport for you!

Classes are held on a Tuesday evening 7.00-8.00 p.m., with a taster class for £5!

YOGA

NEW YOGA CLASS - MONDAYS 10.30AM

If you are looking to start the year positively then please feel free to come and try my 75 min gentle yoga class, at Golf World Stansted on Mondays at 10.30am. The class is aimed at over 50's, but all ages and abilities are welcome.

​

The class is a fusion of gentle Fringe Vinyasa yoga and guided mediation to reset the mind, body and soul.

​

The space is beautiful overlooking the countryside and the group is very welcoming with a social coffee afterward in the cafe for those who wish to stay.
